Danijela Krecar

Danijela Krecar is the Founder and Attorney of Nexo Innovation Law PLLC. With legal experience across Serbian and U.S. legal systems, in-house practice, and international business matters, Danijela brings a practical, business-oriented approach to corporate, contract, compliance, and operational legal support.

Her experience spans both in-house legal work and client-facing legal services. She has worked in-house for a public company and has also advised entrepreneurs, smaller businesses, and growing companies on business formation, corporate governance, contract review and negotiation, compliance, operational processes, and day-to-day business legal matters.

Her in-house background gives her firsthand insight into the internal pressures businesses face - contract workflows, compliance demands, operational decisions, and the reality of working under time and resource constraints. That perspective shapes legal guidance that is practical, strategic, and aligned with how businesses actually operate.

Danijela’s work has involved cross-border projects across Europe and Asia, as well as matters involving Serbia and the United States. She has also collaborated with attorneys in Serbia on U.S.-Serbia business and legal matters.

Her prior litigation experience informs her risk-aware approach, helping clients identify potential issues early, strengthen agreements, and make informed decisions before problems escalate.
